Common Returns Questions
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. The cost of shipping ($12 flat rate) will be deducted from your refund amount. At this time we are unable to process online returns in our stores.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by our warehouse, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours and a further 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Can I get a price adjustment?
We do not adjust the purchase price of any items that have gone on sale or have been further reduced in price.
Can I return my purchase at a store?
Online Orders that meet our return policy may be exchanged at our retail locations for a substitute product or in-store credit.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 14 days.
- Items received in new condition with original tags attached.
- If your item arrived damaged please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the damaged product.
- Items discounted under 25% will receive a refund and items discounted between 25% to 40% will receive an online credit
What items are non-refundable?
- Sale items marked Final Sale.
- Items discounted by 40% or more.
- Special discounted items noted with **
- Specific items include: Apothecary, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry, headwear, footwear and gift cards.
- Original shipping costs (if applicable)
